|School Site Council/School Advisory Committee
This state mandated committee is comprised of the principal, teachers, school staff and parents. Members attend monthly meetings to discuss and implement the school plan, review curriculum and school effectiveness, oversee special projects and identify areas of need at Carpinteria Family School.
Members are elected by their own group: Parents elected by parents, teachers elected by teachers, a classified employee elected by other classified employees. The principal sits on this committee.
